Remote Gate Control with Video
Customer had 5 gates in tunnel that they wanted to remotely operate from the control room along with video for each gate. Due to the distance and site conditions, this system utilizes wireless ethernet for video and gate control. We also gave them customizable batch settings allowing them to blend materials using saved gate opening settings.
Plant Telemetry
View and control equipment loading and production data either locally or remotely complete with trend graphs and data logging. This data can be viewed on monitor in office or anytime on your phone.
Dredge Automation
Control dilution valve, pump speed, velocity, and production along with monitoring operating parameters with trend graphs and data logging. This data can be viewed on monitor in office or on phone.
Bin Level Management
Control material in bins with either discrete level monitors or continuous level. System can use dedicated hoppers to feed bins or user selectable hopper. Data logging and live data also available.
